Made by the Minister for Health in his capacity as the South West
Health Board.1. Citation
These by-laws may be cited as the Hospitals and Health
Services (Repeal) By-laws 2001.2. The by-laws repealed
The following by-laws are repealed —
(a)
the Hospital and Health Services (Harvey Yarloop Health Service Board) By-laws 1999;
(b)
the Hospitals and Health Services (Harvey Yarloop Health Service Board) By-laws 2000;
(c)
the Hospitals and Health Services (Warren Blackwood Health Service Board) By-laws 1999;
(d)
the Hospitals and Health Services (Vasse Leeuwin Health Board) By-laws 1998.
