Amendment Regulations 2012

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These rei.ulations are the Hospitals and Health Services

(Pathology) Aniendinent Regulations 2012.

2.             Commencement

9 March 2001

These regulations come into operation as follows -

(a) regulations I and 2 — on the day on which these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(h) the rest of the regulations on the day after that day.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Hospitals and Health Services
(Pathology) Regulations 200-5_

4.             Regulation 3 amended

In regulation 3 in the definition of MHS delete "6 March 2001" and insert:

5. Regulation 4 .irnended
In regulation 4(1):

(a) in paragraphs (a) and (b) delete "clause 3 of the Hospital ind Health Services (Pathology) Approval 200.1;" and insert:

the Hospitals and Health Services (Pathology)

Approval 2012 clause 4; and

(b) in paragraph (c) delete "clause 3 of the Hospital and Health .Services (Pathology) Approval 2005; and and insert:

the Hospitals and Health Services (Pathology)

Approval 2012 clause 4; and

(c) in paragraph (d) delete "clause 3 of the Hospital and Health Services (Pathology) Approval 2005." and insert:

the Hospitals and Health Services (Pathology)

Approval 2012 clause 4.
