Amendment Regulations 2006

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Hospitals (Administration of Public
Hospitals) Amendment Regulations 2006.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Hospitals (Administration of Public Hospitals) Regulations 1940*.

Each provision listed in the Table to this regulation is amended
by deleting "Under Secretary of the Department of Public
Health" in each place where it occurs and inserting instead —

" CEO ".
