Regulations under the Hospital Tax Ordinances 1933.

T OHAELES WILLIAM GLANAN MARR, Minister of State for X, • Health, in pursuance of the powers conferred upon me by the Hospital Tax Ordinances 1933, hereby, make the following Regulations to come into operation on and from the date-of the commencement of the Hospital Tax Ordinance 1933.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Hospital Tax Regulations, short titio..

2.   In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears— Definition. " the Ordinance " moans the Hospital- Tax Ordinances 1933, as

amended from time to time.

(2.) The return to be furnished in respect of income for the financial year ending on the'thirtieth day of Junepl932, shall be lodged oh or before the thirty-first day of March, 1933j and the return in respect of the income for each succeeding financial yea'r shall be lodged on or hefore the thirty-first day of July next after the close of that

•5. Every person who has given an address for service and who change of

subsequently changes his address shall, within one month after the address,

change, give to. the Commissioner .notice in writing of his new address.

Patients occupying beds in community Wards—Two guineas per

(vii) The cost of medications for bo.th in-patients and out-patients

shall "be the actual cost to-the Hospital.

Ambulance ?• ^ - e chai'ge, f or the removal -of any person to or f rom the
charges. Hospi ta l by ambulance shall be-a t the ra te of One shilling per mile or port ion of a mi l e . reckoned from the Ambulance Depot to place where the person is placed in the ambulance, thence t o . t h e Hospi ta l '
and back to the Ambulance Depot, together with a fee of one shilling
per quarter of .an hour wai t ing t i m e : •.

Provided that the minimum charge under this regulation shall be

Five shillings or the actual cost of removal, whichever is the lower.
