Hospital Foundations Regulation 2018

1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Hospital Foundations Regulation 2018.

2   Commencement

This regulation commences on 1 July 2018.

3   Bodies corporate continuing as foundations—Act, s 86

For section 86(2) of the Act, the names of the foundations are stated in schedule 1.

4   Establishment of foundations—Act, s 12

For section 12 of the Act, each foundation listed in schedule 2 is established and has the name listed in the schedule.
