1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Hospital Foundations (Central Queensland Hospital Foundation) Amendment Regulation 2020.

2   Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Hospital Foundations Regulation 2018.

For section 12 of the Act, each foundation listed in schedule 2 is established and has the name listed in the schedule.
