Hospital and Health Boards Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2013 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Hospital and Health Boards Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2013 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Hospital and Health Boards Regulation 2012 . 3 Amendment of sch 3 (Agreements) Schedule 3, item 13— omit, insert— 13 The agreement dated 26 July 2013 called ‘Memorandum of Understanding between the Chief Executive of Queensland Health and the Queensland Police Service, Confidential Information Disclosure’.
