Hospital and Health Boards Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2013 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Hospital and Health Boards Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2013 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Hospital and Health Boards Regulation 2012. 3 Amendment of s 35 (Disclosure of confidential information for purposes relating to health services) (1) Section 35(1)(d), ‘the Office of Economic and Statistical Research’— omit, insert — the relevant statistical research entity (2) Section 35(1)(d), editor’s note— omit. (3) Section 35(2)— insert — relevant statistical research entity means the department in which the StatisticalReturnsAct1896 is administered.
