I, the Honourable Barnaby Joyce, Minister for Agriculture:

a) under subsection 9(1) of the Horticulture Marketing and Research and Development Services Act 2000, declare Horticulture Innovation Australia Limited (ACN 602 100 149) to be the industry services body on and after 25 November 2014; and

b) under subsection 9(2) of the Horticulture Marketing and Research and Development Services Act 2000, declare Horticulture Innovation Australia Limited (ACN 602 100 149) to be the industry export control body on and after 25 November 2014.
