HORTICULTURAL STOCK AND NURSERIES ACT 1969—

REGULATION

(Relating to the keeping of records)

H IS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council ,
and in pursuance of the Horticultural Stock and Nurseries Act 1969, has

been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

The Horticultural Stock and Nurseries Regulations are amended:

(a) by omitting Regulation 22;

(b) by omitting from the matter appearing in the headings to Schedule 1 the matter “, 20 (1) and 22 (1)” and by inserting instead the matter “and 20 (1)”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to amend the Horticultural Stock and Nurseries Regulations so as to remove the requirement that registered resellers of horticultural stock keep records in relation to such of that stock as is declared by the Governor (under section 5 (1) of the Horticultural Stock and Nurseries Act 1969) to be proclaimed stock.

Paragraph (b) of the Regulation makes a consequential amendment.
