HORTICULTURAL STOCK AND NURSERIES ACT 1969—

REGULATION

(Relating to registration fees)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Horticultural Stock and Nurseries Act 1969, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

The Horticultural Stock and Nurseries Regulations are amended:

(a)	by omitting from Regulation 5 (1) the matter “$32” and by inserting instead the matter “$40”;
(b)	by omitting from Regulation 7 (1) the matter “$20” and by inserting instead the matter “$25”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to amend the Horticultural Stock and Nurseries Regulations so as to increase registration fees for nurserymen and resellers of horticultural stock.
