I, the Honourable Barnaby Joyce, Minister for Agriculture:

a)    under paragraph 10(1)(a) of the Horticultural Marketing and Research and Development Services Act 2000, declare that Horticulture Australia Limited (ACN 095 566 108) ceases to be the industry services body at the end of 3 November 2014; and

b)    under paragraph 10(1)(b) of the Horticultural Marketing and Research and Development Services Act 2000, declare that Horticulture Australia Limited (ACN 095 566 108) ceases to be the industry export control body at the end of 3 November 2014.
