Horticultural Levy Collection Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Horticultural Levy Collection Act 1987.

Form of warrant to enter premises

Regulation 8 of the Horticultural Levy Collection Regulation is amended by omitting “may” and substituting “shall”.
