Horticultural Legislation Amendment New South Wales

Act 2000 No 96—Proclamation

GORDON SAMUELS, Governor I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (2) of the Horticultural Legislation Amendment Act 2000, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 March 2001 as the day on which Schedule 1.2 to that Act commences.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to commence the amendments to the Plant Diseases Act 1924 contained in the Horticultural Legislation Amendment Act 2000. The rest of the amending Act commenced on the date of assent (13 December 2000).
