Horticultural Export Charge Regulations (Amendment) (Cth)
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the
Horticultural Export Charge Act 1987 and theHorticultural Export Charge Collection Act 1987. Dated 28 September 1989.

Principal Regulations
1. In these Regulations,"Principal Regulations" means the HorticulturalExport Charge Regulations.
Interpretation
2. Regulation 3 of the Horticultural Export Charge Regulations isamended:
(a)
by inserting into subregulation (1) the following definition: agreement has been entered into under section 7
B of the Charge Collection Act;";(b) by adding at the end the following subregulation:
"(4) In these Regulations, a reference to chargeable horticultural products

3. Regulation 9 of the Principal Regulations is amended:
(a) | by omitting "products shall", and substituting "products* other than prescribed citrus, must"; |
(b) | by omitting from paragraph (d) "chargeable horticultural" and substituting "those". |
4. Regulation 9B of the Principal Regulations is amended:(a) by inserting "from Australia" after "exported" (first occurring);
(b) | by omitting "products shall" and substituting "products, other than prescribed citrus, must"; |
(c) | by omitting from paragraph (d) "chargeable horticultural" and substituting "those". |
5. Schedule 4 to the Principal Regulations is amended:
(a)
by inserting after "purposes" in paragraph (b) "referred to in subsection 12 (1)";
(b) by inserting "not exceeding 1 month" after "during the period".
