under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979

1      Name of plan

This plan is Hornsby Shire Local Environmental Plan 1994

(Amendment No 96).

2      Aims of plan

This plan aims to amend Hornsby Shire Local Environmental Plan

1994:

(a)

to permit, with the consent of Hornsby Shire Council, the use of:

(i)	part of the land to which this plan applies for the purpose of a car park, and
(ii)	part of the land for the purposes of a pharmaceutical research, development and manufacturing facility, and

(b)

to rezone part of the land as follows:

(i)	to the Open Space B (Public Recreation—District) Zone,
(ii)	to the Open Space A (Public Recreation—Local) Zone,

(iii)	to partly the Special Uses A (Community Purposes) Zone and partly the National Parks and Nature Reserves Zone,
(iv)	to the National Parks and Nature Reserves Zone, and

(c)

to update property and title details for the remaining land.

3      Land to which plan applies

(1)	With respect to the aim set out in clause 2 (a) (i), this plan applies to land known as No 1 St Judes Terrace, Dural, as shown edged heavy black on Sheet 1 of the map marked “Hornsby Shire Local Environmental Plan 1994 (Amendment No 96)” deposited in the office of Hornsby Shire Council.
(2)	With respect to the aim set out in clause 2 (a) (ii), this plan applies to land known as Nos 11–15 Moores Road, Glenorie, as shown edged heavy black on Sheet 2 of that map.

(3)	With respect to the aim set out in clause 2 (b) (i), this plan applies to certain land in Arcadia Crescent, Berowra and Cootamundra Road, Hornsby Heights, as shown coloured green with red edging and lettered “B” on Sheets 3 and 4, respectively, of that map.
(4)	With respect to the aim set out in clause 2 (b) (ii), this plan applies to certain land in Evanda Street, Berowra, as shown coloured green and lettered “A” on Sheet 5 of that map.
(5)	With respect to the aim set out in clause 2 (b) (iii), this plan applies to certain land in Schofield Parade and Redgum Avenue, Pennant Hills, as shown coloured yellow and lettered “A” or uncoloured with dark green edging on Sheet 6 of that map.
(6)	With respect to the aim set out in clause 2 (b) (iv), this plan applies to certain land in Pennant Hills, Cheltenham and North Epping, as shown uncoloured with dark green edging on Sheets 7–9 of that map.
(7)	With respect to the aim set out in clause 2 (c), this plan applies to land formerly known as Nos 11–31 Alexandria Parade, Waitara, now known as Nos 11–37 Alexandria Parade, Waitara.

Hornsby Shire Local Environmental Plan 1994 is amended as set out in

Schedule 1.
