(Amendment No 70)

1     Name of plan

This plan is Hornsby Shire Local Environmental Plan 1994

(Amendment No 70).

2     Aims of plan

This plan aims to allow, with the consent of Hornsby Shire Council, the carrying out of development on the land to which this plan applies for the purpose of a pathology collection centre.

3     Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to land being Lot 209, DP 206540 and known as No 27 Rembrandt Street, Carlingford, as shown edged heavy black on the map marked “Hornsby Shire Local Environmental Plan 1994 (Amendment No 70)” deposited in the office of Hornsby Shire Council.

4 Amendment of Hornsby Shire Local Environmental Plan 1994

Hornsby Shire Local Environmental Plan 1994 is amended by inserting at the end of the Table to clause 22 (1) the following matter:
