Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Hornsby Shire Local Environmental Plan 1994

(Amendment No 101).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land:

(a)	partly at Mount Colah and partly at Asquith—on the eastern side of the Pacific Highway, between Yirra Road in the north, Mills Avenue in the south and the railway line to the east, and land fronting the western side of the Pacific Highway, between Willarong Road in the north and Asquith Park in the south (and including 3A Willarong Road and part of Willarong Road) and land to the west bounded by Asquith Park, Rotherwood Avenue and Rupert Street (and including part of Rupert Street), and
(b)	at Hornsby—bounded by the Pacific Highway, Old Berowra Road, Asquith Bowling Club and Storey Park, and including part of Old Berowra Road, and
(c)	at Hornsby—bounded by Mildred Avenue, Citrus Avenue and the Pacific Highway (and including Citrus Avenue and the road reserve fronting 396–398 Pacific Highway) and land on the eastern side of Citrus Avenue from Mildred Avenue in the south to Asquith Boys High School in the north (up to and including 9 Citrus Avenue),

as shown distinctively coloured and lettered “B” on Sheets 1–3 of the map marked “Hornsby Shire Local Environmental Plan 1994 (Amendment No 101)” deposited in the office of Hornsby Shire Council.
