1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Hornsby Shire Local Environmental Plan 1994

(Amendment No 100).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land known as Kangaroo Point, Pacific Highway, Brooklyn, as shown coloured green and edged heavy black on Sheet 4 of the map marked “Hornsby Shire Local Environmental Plan 1994 (Amendment No 95)” deposited in the office of Hornsby Shire Council.

Clause 22 Exceptions

Insert “; marina.” after “houseboat hire premises” in the Table to clause 22 (1) in the matter relating to “Kangaroo Point”, Pacific Highway, Brooklyn, under the heading “Permitted Land Use or Other Development”.
