This Plan is Hornsby Local Environmental Plan 2013 (Amendment No 1).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lot 15, DP 204624, 18X Water Street, Hornsby.

4      Amendment of Hornsby Local Environmental Plan 2013

(1) Schedule 4 Classification and reclassification of public land

Omit “Nil” from Column 1 of Part 2 of the Schedule.

(2)	Schedule 4, Part 2
Insert the following in Columns 1, 2 and 3, respectively:
