Horesh v The Sephardi Association of Victoria (No. 2)

1. That the plaintiff pay the first defendant’s costs of and incidental to the proceeding, including any reserved costs, on a party and party basis up to and including 6 August 2010, and from and including 7 August 2010, 50% on a solicitor and client basis and 50% on a party and party basis, subject to paragraph 2 of this order.

2 That the costs of and incidental to the first defendant’s expert witness, Rabbi Heilbrunn, be reduced by 50%.

3. That the plaintiff pay the second and third defendants’ costs of and incidental to the proceeding, including any reserved costs, on a party and party basis up to and including 6 August 2010 and on an indemnity basis from and including 7 August 2010.

4. That the plaintiff pay the defendants’ costs of and incidental to this application on a party and party basis.
