Hope Valley-Wattleup Redevelopment

Amendment Regulations 2011

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator in Executive
Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Hope Valley-Wattleup Redevelopment
Amendment Regulations 2011.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2011.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Hope Valley-Wattleup
Redevelopment Regulations 2000.

3.	More than $500 000 but not	$1 600 + 0.257% for every
more than $2.5 m	$1 in excess of $500 000
4.	More than $2.5 m but not	$6 740 + 0.206% for every
more than $5 m	$1 in excess of $2.5 m
5.	More than $5 m but not more	$11 890 + 0.123% for
than $21.5 m	every $1 in excess of $5 m
6.	More than $21.5 m	$32 185
