HOOKWAY
v
HOOKWAY
[2024] HCASL 249
H2/2024
The applicant seeks special leave to appeal from the whole of the judgment of the Full Court of the Supreme Court of Tasmania (Pearce and Brett JJ, Martin AJ), dismissing an appeal from the judgment of the Supreme Court of Tasmania (Blow CJ).
The application has insufficient prospects of success to warrant a grant of special leave to appeal. Moreover, the proposed appeal does not raise a question of law of public importance, and it is not otherwise in the interests of the administration of justice for special leave to be granted.
Special leave to appeal is refused with costs.
