Honey Levy (No. 2) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and having taken into consideration the recommendation made to the Minister by the Federal Council of Australian Apiarists’ Associations with respect to the rate of levy to be prescribed for the purposes of paragraph 5 (1) (b) of the Honey Levy Act (No. 2) 1962, make the following Regulations under that Act.

1. Commencement

1.1 These Regulations commence on 1 January 1992.

 

2. Amendment

2.1 The Honey Levy (No. 2) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3. Regulation 4 (Prescribed rate of levy)

3.1 Subregulation 4 (2):

Omit “0.50 cent”, substitute “0.52 cent”.
