Honey Levy (No. 2) Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and having taken into consideration relevant recommendations made to the Minister by the Federal Council of Australian Apiarists’ Associations, make the following Regulations under the Honey Levy Act (No. 2) 1962.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations commence on 1 January 1996.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Honey Levy (No. 2) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Regulation 4 (Prescribed rate of levy)

3.1   Subregulation 4 (1):

Omit “2.75 cents”, substitute “nil”.
