Honey Levy (No. 1) Regulations2

(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under paragraph 5 (1) (b) and subsection 5 (3) of the Honey Levy Act (No. 1) 1962,hereby make the following Regulations under that Act.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 July 1987.

Prescribed rate of levy

2. Regulation 4 of the Honey Levy (No. 1) Regulations is amended by omitting from subregulation (2) “0.35” and substituting “0.40”.
