Honey Levy (No. 1) Regulations2

(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and having taken into consideration the recommendation with respect to the rate made to the Minister by the Honey Research Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Honey Levy Act (No. 1) 1962.

Commencement

1. These Regulations commence on 1 November 1988.

Prescribed rate of levy

2. Regulation 4 of the Honey Levy (No. 1) Regulations is amended by omitting from subregulation (2) “0.40” and substituting “0.45”.
