(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and having taken into consideration the recommendations made to the Minister of State for Primary Industries and Energy by the Australian Honey Board with respect to the rate of levy to be prescribed for the purposes of paragraph 5 (1) (a) of the Honey Levy Act (No. 1) 1962, hereby make the following Regulations under that Act.

Commencement

1. These Regulations commence on 1 September 1989.

Prescribed rate of levy

2. Regulation 4 of the Honey Levy (No. 1) Regulations is amended by omitting from subregulation (1) “2.2” and substituting “2.75”.
