I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Honey Levy Act (No. 1) 1962.

The Honey Levy (No. 1) Regulations, being Statutory Rules 1963 No. 17, are amended by omitting—

“HONEY LEVY (No. 1) REGULATIONS.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Honey Levy (No. 1) Regulations.”

and substituting the following regulation:

Citation

“1. These Regulations may be cited as the Honey Levy (No. 1) (Certificate of Intention to Export) Regulations.”.
