HONEY EXPORT CHARGE (RATE OF CHARGE) REGULATIONS

Citation 


  1. These Regulations may be cited as the Honey Export Charge (Rate of
Charge) Regulations.*1*

HONEY EXPORT CHARGE (RATE OF CHARGE) REGULATIONS - REG 2 
Commencement 


  2. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 December 1978.

HONEY EXPORT CHARGE (RATE OF CHARGE) REGULATIONS - REG 3 
Interpretation 


  3. In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears, "the Act"
means the Honey Export Charge Act 1973.

HONEY EXPORT CHARGE (RATE OF CHARGE) REGULATIONS - REG 4 
Rate prescribed for the purposes of subsection 7 (1) of the Act 


  4. For the purposes of subsection 7 (1) of the Honey Export Charge Act 1973,
the prescribed rate of levy:
  (a) for honey exported on or after 1 January 1994, is 0.57 cent per kilogram
of honey; and
  (b) for honey exported on or after 1 January 1995, is 0.61 cent per kilogram
of honey; and
  (c) for honey exported on or after 1 January 1996, is 0.65 cent per kilogram
of honey.
