Honey Export Charge (Rate of Charge)

Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and having taken into consideration the recommendation with respect to the rate made to the Minister by the Honey Research Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Honey Export Charge Act 1973.

Commencement

1. These Regulations commence on 1 November 1988.

Rate prescribed for the purposes of paragraph 7 (1) (b) of the Act

2. Regulation 4 of the Honey Export Charge (Rate of Charge) Regulations is amended by omitting “0.40” and substituting “0.45”.
