Honey Export Charge (Rate of Charge) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and having taken into consideration the recommendation made to the Minister by the Federal Council of Australian Apiarists’ Associations with respect to the rate of levy to be prescribed for the purposes of paragraph 7 (1) (b) of the Honey Export Charge Act 1973,make the following Regulations under that Act.

1. Commencement

1.1 These Regulations commence on 1 January 1992.

 

2. Amendment

2.1 The Honey Export Charge (Rate of Charge) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3. Regulation 4 (Rate prescribed for the purposes of paragraph 7 (1) (b) of the Act)

Omit “0.50 cent”, substitute “0.52 cent”.
