An Act to amend ' The Homesteads Act, 1893.'

Preamble

HEREAS it is expedient to amend The Homesteads Act,

WMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council1893': Be it therefore enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent

and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parlia-

ment assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—

Short title 1. This Act may be cited as The Homesteads Act Amendment

Act, 1894.'
