An Act to amend ' The Homesteads Act, 1893.'

| Preamble | HEREAS it is expedient to amend The Homesteads Act, WMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council1893': Be it therefore enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent |
| and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parlia- ment assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :— |
| Short title | 1. This Act may be cited as The Homesteads Act Amendment |

(2) No selection shall be allowed until the lands have been surveyed into sections and notified in the Government Gazette' as open for selection.
