I make the following order under section 19(1) of the HomeBuilder Grants Act 2020 .28 April 2023

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the HomeBuilder Grants (Amendment of Act) Order 2023. 2CommencementThis order is taken to have taken effect on 30 April 2023. 3Principal ActIn this order, the HomeBuilder Grants Act 2020 is referred to as the Principal Act. 4Section 20 amended (Application for grant) Section 20(3A)(b) of the Principal Act is amended by omitting "1 May 2023" and substituting "1 July 2025".
