Home Building Contracts (Home Indemnity

Insurance Exemptions) Amendment

Regulations 2007

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Home Building Contracts (Home
Indemnity Insurance Exemptions) Amendment
Regulations 2007.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows:

" over $20 000 ";

(a)	regulations 1 and 2— on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Home Building
Contracts (Home Indemnity Insurance Exemptions)
Regulations 2002.

4.            Schedule 1 amended

Schedule 1 is amended as follows:

(a) in Form 1 clause 2 by deleting "over $12 000" and

inserting instead —

(b) in Form 2 clause 2 by deleting "over $12 000" and

inserting instead — " over $20 000 ".
