Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Hare Building Contracts Amendment

Regulations 2013.

2.             Commencement

These regulations conic into operation as follows

(a) regulations I and 2 on the day on which these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the regulations on the day after that day.

3.              Regulations .:mended

These regulations amend the Home Building Contracts

Regu/e.uion,s 199?.

4.             Schedule I amended

In the final clause under the heading "Special rules for cost plus contracts" delete "order is made" and insert:
