The object of this Regulation is to make a statute law revision amendment to correct an relevant law in section 3 (1) and section 140 (the general regulation-making power).

This Regulation is the Home Building Amendment (Gasfitting Work)
Regulation 2004.

The Home Building Regulation 2004 is amended as set out in
Schedule 1.

Omit “Gas Supply (Safety Management) Regulation 2004” from paragraph (a).

Insert instead “Gas Supply (Safety Management) Regulation 2002”.
