Home Building Amendment (Fees)
Regulation 2011

The Administrator, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following
Regulation under the Home Building Act 1989.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to amend the Home Building Regulation 2004:
| (a) | to increase (from $19 to $20) the fee for a certificate under section 131 (Certificate evidence) of the Home Building Act 1989 (the Act), and |
| (b) | to increase the application fees payable in connection with the administration of the Act. |
Licensing and Registration (Uniform Procedures) Act 2002) and 140 (the general regulation-making power) and, in particular, section 140 (2) (j).

2011.
2 Commencement
This Regulation commences on 1 July 2011 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.
