Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Home Building Act 1989.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to amend the Home Building Regulation 2004:
| (a) | to increase from $18 to $19 the fee for a certificate under section 131 (Certificate evidence) of the Home Building Act 1989 (the Act), and |
| (b) | to increase certain application fees payable in connection with the administration of the Act. |
The fee increases are generally in line with movements in the Consumer Price Index. general regulation-making power) and, in particular, section 140 (2) (j).

This Regulation is the Home Building Amendment (Fees) Regulation
2009.
2 Commencement
This Regulation commences on 1 July 2009 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.
