No 56—Proclamation

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (1) of the Home Building Amendment Act 2000, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 30 November 2001 as the day on which Schedule 1 [3] and [4] to that Act commence.

Explanatory note
The object of this proclamation is to commence certain amendments to the Home Building Act 1989
relating to insurance.

This proclamation is made under section 2 (1) of the Home Building Amendment Act 2000.
