His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Home Building Act 1989.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to increase application fees payable in respect of contractor licences, supervisor certificates, certificates of registration and owner-builder permits. The Regulation also removes the fee for inspecting the register of licences, certificates and permits.
This Regulation is made under the Home Building Act 1989, including section
140 (2) (j).

1 Name of Regulation
This Regulation is the Home Building Amendment (Fees)
Regulation (No 2) 2000.
2 Commencement
This Regulation commences on 31 March 2000.
3 Amendment of Home Building Regulation 1997
The Home Building Regulation 1997 is amended as set out in
Schedule 1.
4 Notes
The explanatory note does not form part of this Regulation.
