His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Home Building Act 1989.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to increase certain fees payable under the
Home Building Act 1989.
This Regulation is made under the Home Building Act 1989, including
section 140 (the general regulation-making power, and in particular, section140 (2) (j)).

1 Name of Regulation
This Regulation is the Home Building Amendment (Fees)
Regulation 1997.
2 Commencement
This Regulation commences on 1 August 1997.
3 Amendment of Home Building Regulation 1990
The Home Building Regulation 1990 is amended as set out in
Schedule 1.

The explanatory note does not form part of this Regulation.
