This Plan is Holroyd Local Environmental Plan 2013 (Amendment No 1).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lots 40–43, 45 and 46, Section A, DP 7916, Lot 44, DP 657042 and Lot 11, DP 814298, 28–36 McFarlane Street, Merrylands.

4      Amendment of Holroyd Local Environmental Plan 2013

Schedule 4 Classification and reclassification of public land

Insert the following in appropriate order in Part 1 in Columns 1 and 2, respectively:
