1      Name of plan

This plan is Holroyd Local Environmental Plan 1991 (Amendment

No 44).

2      Aims of plan

This plan aims to identify the cottage on the land to which this plan applies as a heritage item under the provisions of Holroyd Local Environmental Plan 1991.

3      Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to Lots 56–58, DP 886 and known as 11 O’Connor

Street, Guildford.

4 Amendment of Holroyd Local Environmental Plan 1991

Holroyd Local Environmental Plan 1991 is amended by inserting

after item 119 in Schedule 1 the following item:

119A	11 O’Connor Street,	Fibro and weatherboard	Lots 56–58 DP
Guildford	cottage, c 1938–1946	886
