HOLIDAYS (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE 1980
Short title
| 1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Holidays | (Amendment) | Ordinance |
1980.'
Principal Ordinance
2. In this Ordinance, "Principal Ordinance" means the Holidays Ord
inance 1958.2
Authorised by the ACT Parliamentary Counsel-also accessible at
Public holidays
3. Section 3 of the Principal Ordinance is amended by inserting after sub
paragraph (1) (a) (ii) the following sub-paragraph:
| "(iia) | the third Monday in March (Canberra Day);". |
