Application for approval of the Mid-City Hotel Enterprise Agreement 2014.
[1] The decision issued by the Fair Work Commission on 17 October 2014, Hobart Mid-City Hotel Services Pty Ltd t/as Mid City Hotel [2014] FWCA 7333, AE410687, PR556689 is corrected as follows.
[2] The final sentence of paragraph [5] is deleted and replaced with the following:
‘Pursuant to s 54 of the Act, the Agreement shall operate from 22 October 2014 and have a nominal expiry date of 21 October 2018.’
