[1] The following decision, now edited, was issued during proceedings conducted on 13 June 2012.
[2] I listed this matter, which is an application by the History Teachers Association of Victoria Ltd for the approval of a single-enterprise agreement. It was notified of this hearing but no one has attended. The reason why I listed the matter was that there was no reference to the National Employment Standards, there was no wage rates clause, no hours of work clause, and the time between notice of voting commenced much less than the 21 day statutory requirement.
[3] Given that nobody has sought to appear to deal with the concerns that I have in this matter, I refuse to certify the agreement.
