AN ACT to amend Section five of the Hire Purchase

Agreements Aet, 1931.

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty,by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

This Act may be cited as the Hire Purchase Agree- ments Act Amendment Act, 1937, and shall be read as one with the Hire Purchase Agreements Act, 1931 (No.

by repealing subsection (1) and substituting the

A)Thenever the vendor (except by the re- quest or at the instance of the purchaser) shall take possession of any chattel the subject of a hire purchase agreement the vendor shall within twenty-one days thereafter prepare and serve on the purchaser an account under this section as between the vendor and the purchaser;
