Hillside at Figtree / HSU Greenfields Agreement 2009-2012.
[1] This matter was listed for hearing tomorrow, 4 February 2010. However, I have today noted the following correspondence from the applicant’s representative:
Re: AG2009/23452. Application for approval of Hillside at Figtree / HSU Greenfields Agreement 2009- 2012
This matter is set down for hearing on Thursday 4th February 2010 before Commissioner McKenna.
We advise that our client has instructed us to withdraw these applications [sic] pursuant to s185 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth).
Accordingly we respectfully request that this matter, listed for hearing on Thursday 4th February 2010 be vacated from the list
Our client will reconsider their position in light of the fact these applications have been withdrawn
[2] In the circumstances, the hearing has been vacated and I note the application has been withdrawn.
[3] The proceedings are concluded accordingly.
