An Act to enable the "Hil lgrove and Armidale Water-power Electric Company (Limited)," a company registered in Sydney, in the Colony of New South Wales, under the provisions of the Companies Acts,to construct and maintain machinery, works, and other appliances for making, generating, and transmitting electricity and supplying the same to any city, town, mine, company, co-partnership, person, or persons whatsoever, within the county of San don, in the said Colony of N e w South Wales, and for other purposes therein mentioned.
